Terms & Refunds

These terms apply when you book any reading, blessing or other service from Celestial Manifests (“we”, “us”). By booking, you agree to them. Please read them before you pay.

1. What our services are

Our astrology readings, palm readings, ritual blessings and geomancy alignment blessings offer spiritual guidance, reflection and personal insight. They are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, legal, financial or building advice, and we do not guarantee any particular outcome. Your decisions, and their results, remain your own.

2. Who can book

You must be 18 or older to book a session.

3. Prices and payment

• Prices are shown in US dollars on our website. PayNow and PromptPay payments are charged at the equivalent amount in SGD or THB on the day you pay.
• The full price is agreed before your session and paid in advance, by Visa, Mastercard, PayNow or PromptPay through our secure checkout.
• There are no extra charges after the session. We will never ask you to pay more to remove bad luck, lift a curse or complete a blessing.
• For on-site geomancy, any travel cost outside mainland Singapore is quoted and agreed before booking.

4. Rescheduling

You can reschedule free of charge with at least 24 hours’ notice. With less notice, we will do our best to find a new time, once per booking.

5. Cancellations and refunds

• Cancelled 24 hours or more before the session: full refund.
• Cancelled less than 24 hours before: no refund, but you may reschedule once.
• Missed session without notice: no refund.
• If we cancel: you choose a new time or a full refund.
• Refunds are returned to your original payment method within 7 working days.

6. During your session

• Sessions take place by video call, or on-site for geomancy where agreed.
• Please join on time; sessions end at the booked time even if they start late.
• Neither of us records a session without the other’s agreement.
• We may end a session, with a refund for the unused time, if we feel a reading is not in your best interest or if you are in crisis. In that case we will point you to appropriate help.

7. Your written summary

The written summary we send after your session is for your personal use. Please do not republish it commercially.

8. Our responsibility

We provide every service with care and honesty. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim related to a service is limited to the price you paid for it.

9. Privacy

How we handle your personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore.
